ALL PARTICIPANTS IN Mitsero Mine Run

ASSUME ALL RISK OF PARTICIPATION BY ACCEPTING THIS GENERAL RELEASE AGREEMENT.

I know that sports are a potentially hazardous activity. I know I should not enter and run the race unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete Mitsero Mine Run. I assume all risk associated with running including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the road and traffic on course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me in said event and in any pre-and post-activities. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, I for myself, my heirs, legal representatives, successors, assigns and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive, release and covenant not to sue Mitsero Mine Run, registrations page and its affiliates, the organisers of Mitsero Mine Run, sponsors, their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and successors (collectively, the related parties) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands and causes of action of any kind or nature whatsoever arising, directly or indirectly, out of my voluntary participation in Mitsero Mine Run, even though that liability may arise out of the negligence or carelessness on the part of the Release Parties. I grant Mitsero Mine Run and its sponsors and licensees the exclusive right to the free use of my name, my voice, and/or my picture in any broadcast, telecast, advertising, promotion or other account of this event. I agree to abide by all rules and guidelines of Mitsero Mine Run and not cover, alter or reproduce my running number in any way or risk immediate disqualification from this and future events. I acknowledge that my entry fee is non-refundable, including if the race is cancelled, and my entry is non-transferable. I agree I will not chargeback or dispute the credit card transaction. Authority to Register and/or to Act as Agent. You represent and warrant to the registrations page and its affiliates that you have full legal authority to complete this event registration on registrations page Services, including full authority to make use of the credit or debit card to which registration fees will be charged. In addition, if you are registering third parties, you represent and warrant that you have been duly authorised to act as agent on behalf of such parties in performing this event registration. By proceeding with this event registration, you agree that the terms of this Registration Agreement shall apply equally to you and to any third parties for whom you are acting as agent. Participants under 18 years old In advance is necessary to ensure parental consent for participants under 18 years old by the responsible parent / guardian, in case of registration in any service that requires declaration of the user's personal data on the website of the race and the registrations page of the race, Mitsero Mine Run and the race registrations page considers that all registrations for an under 18 years old participant is submitted by the parent or guardian
